SCHEDULE A VISIT

Before you schedule a visit, please consult our calendar and please note:

We do not schedule any visits during the first or last week of classes, or during finals week.
We are only able to accommodate one visit per day. To ensure that you get your desired date, please schedule as far in advance as possible
We are unable to accommodate elementary school groups
We are unable to accommodate groups larger than 50 students
In order to respect the time of our volunteer tour guides, groups arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled tour time will have their tour automatically cancelled. The panel, if scheduled, will carry on normally at its scheduled time.
We ask that you schedule at least a month in advance for visits in the Fall and Winter, and at least two months in advance for visits in the Spring.
Groups must make sure to have at least a 15:1 student-to-chaperone ratio (example: a group of 45 students should have at least 3 chaperones accompanying the group).
We are not officially affiliated with either the Visitor and Information Services Center (VIS) or with the Office of Undergraduate Admission. If you are interested in an official campus tour and/or information session, please visit contact VIS.

A Note on Availability:

ProMo is a student-run group that relies entirely on volunteers to make these visits possible. Volunteer availability fluctuates significantly throughout the quarter and school year, and varies from visit to visit. We are a small team of students with limited logistical capacity. Given this, we do not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your group's visit to campus. In the case that we cannot accommodate you, we will do our best to provide resources and information about places on campus to visit. We appreciate your understanding.
